Sometimes, we feel a little scared or terrified, just like when we hear a loud thunderstorm or see a big shadow! But guess what? It’s okay to feel that way!
Just like in Sowmya Rajendran's stories, where brave characters face their fears, you can too! When you feel terrified, take a deep breath, count to five, and think of something that makes you happy, like your favorite toy or a fun game.
