Dosa Adventures
Anya: "Ravi, come fast! Patti is making dosas shaped like stars!"
Ravi: "Wow, they smell so good. But I’m scared to flip them. What if they break?"
Anya: "It’s just dosa, not a dragon. Look, Patti flips them so easily."
Patti: "That’s because I’ve flipped about a million dosas, kanna. It wasn’t always this easy."
Ravi: "Really? It looks like the dosa is doing yoga in the air."
Anya: "When I tried last time, the dosa folded like a sad blanket. I felt so clumsy."
Patti: "Clumsy is okay. Your hands are still learning the dance."
Ravi: "I don’t like that scared feeling. I only like the eating part."
Anya: "Same. My tummy is brave. My hands are shaky."
Patti: "How about this? I’ll hold the pan, Anya holds the spatula, and Ravi cheers?"
Ravi: "Cheering is my talent. Go, Team Dosa!"
Anya: "Okay, I’ll try one flip. But if it tears, I’m blaming the pan."
Patti: "Deal. Slide the spatula under gently… now flip!"
Ravi: "Whoa! It flew like a tiny flying saucer!"
Anya: "And it landed flat! I did it! That was… kind of easy."
Patti: "See? The hard feeling is already smaller."
Ravi: "My turn, my turn! I want that easy feeling too."
Anya: "Here, I’ll cheer for you. Dosa champion incoming!"
Ravi: "Okay… slide, scoop, flip—ahh! It folded a bit."
Patti: "But it didn’t fall. And it’s still tasty. That’s a good start."
Ravi:easiness coming slowly." "Next time it will be smoother. I like this
Anya: "Yeah, the easiness is hiding inside the practice."
Patti: "And one day, flipping dosas will have full easiness for you, just like it does for me."
